This is a UNOFFICIAL fan made playtest wargame supplement for the Strife Scalable Wargame to build awareness of the Rifts IP, increase interest in Palladium books, and provide a different way to experience the sweeping expanse of a devastating multi-year war involving millions of humans, wizards, monsters and dragons in the post-apocalyptic setting of Rifts.

This is a brigade level wargame covering the Siege of Tolkeen in the Rifts RPG setting from Palladium Books. The main Rifts book (original or Ultimate edition) and the Rifts Coalition Wars Books 1 through 6 are absolutely necessary to understand the background of the war, the technology used and the setting of Rifts. Rifts Coalition Navy and Coalition War Machine will also be very helpful understanding the air and naval units involved in the war.

This is designed to be used WITH the Rifts RPG and the Strife wargame.
